Magister Artium

On Friday, November 15 at 5:30 PM, the Galleria Il Leone – Dislivello (Via Aleardo Aleardi 12, Rome) inaugurated the group exhibition of contemporary art “Magister Artium”.
The event, curated by art critic Monica Ferrarini, featured a live musical performance by Sirio Black during the vernissage.

“Magister Artium” was conceived to showcase the work of carefully selected international artists with the purpose of promoting and celebrating the activity of key masters of our contemporary age. The exhibition is the result of a rigorous selection process aimed at identifying artists whose work reflects the current state of art while standing out in the vast international panorama.

Each expressive language presents diverse artistic paths that unfold along deliberate lines, demonstrating how true expressive freedom is also—and above all—the outcome of solid formative discipline. The exhibition delves into the multifaceted identity of contemporary art, revealing its rich and fascinating complexity.

Through these works, contemporary art emerges as a medium that opens new imaginative territories—spaces where viewers can reflect, rediscover, and encounter new perspectives. The artworks trace paths that allow individuals to investigate their personal imagery, which simultaneously becomes collective and shareable once materialized in the form of art.
