The group exhibition “Bloom: Visions of Renewal” opened on Saturday 20 June at 5:30 p.m. at the Venanzo Crocetti Museum and Foundation, Via Cassia 492, Rome. The exhibition was curated by art critic Monica Ferrarini.
The exhibition explores renewal as a cyclical rather than linear process. Blooming becomes an image of regeneration and of individual and collective rebirth. At a time marked by environmental and social crises, the act of blooming takes on an intimate dimension: it becomes a choice rooted in care, attention and imagination.
“Bloom” invites the public to pause in the suspended space between an ending and a beginning, where vulnerability is transformed into generative strength. Each work is a threshold and a reminder that every transformation requires time and attentive listening. To bloom is not simply to emerge into the light, but to redefine how we inhabit the world.
The exhibition brought together twenty-nine international artists from twenty-one countries.
